If any emergency were to arise with your pet and we were unable to contact you, please provide information of someone who could act on your behalf if needed (friend or family member).

We require your pet to be up to date on their vaccinations, including Bordetella (Dogs only). Please provide the date of their last vaccinations. You may may also have your Veterinarian e-mail a copy or you may bring in a copy of their vaccinations upon arrival.
Please enter all feeding and any medication information. We will be sure to cater to their needs and feed them as if they were at home. Please note there may be an additional medications charge.
At Solid Gold, we offer many exercise opportunities for you to select for your pets. You can customize any schedule you think they would like. If you are not sure right now, we will always confirm what you would like upon your arrival!
